2019 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 14th-place finish at the Bear Twilight Invitational, clocking a 6K time of 18:57.0... Placed 29th at the Texas A&M Invitational with an 8K time of 26:31.8... Finished 166th at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with an 8K time of 26:29.4... Took 67th at the Big 12 Championship with an 8K time of 26:26.7... Ran a personal-best 10K time of 34:31.0 to place 135th at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships.

2019 Outdoor: Placed third in the 1,500 meters at the Baylor Invitational with a time of 4:01.38... Helped distance medley relay team finish in seventh place at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a time of 10:03.61... Recorded a career-best time of 3:57.51 in the 1,500 meters at "The Reveille" meet, finishing in 10th place... Runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational, clocking in at 3:58.37...Placed 12th in the 1,500 meters at the National Relay Championships with a time of 4:04.26... Competed in the 1,600-meter sprint medley relay at the National Relay Championships, helping the Bears finish third with a time of 3:25.93... Concluded the season in the prelims of the 1,500 meters at the Big 12 Championships, clocking a time of 4:10.53 to finish 18th.

2018 Cross Country: Scoring runner in five of six races... Opened up with a seventh-place finish at the Bear Twilight Invitational, recording a personal-best 6K time of 18:42.0... Placed ninth at the Gerald Richey UTA Invitational with a 5K time of 16:12.4... Ran a career-best 5 mile time of 25:56.82 to finish 53rd at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational... Competed in the 8K Arturo Barrios Invitational, placing 200th in a time of 28:46.9... Finished 55th at the BIg 12 Championships with an 8K time of 25:59.2... Clocked a 10K time of 38:06.9 to take 157th at the NCAA South Central Regional.

2018 Track: Participated in three outdoor meets in the 1,500 meters, 3,000m, and 2,000-meter steeplechase…Recorded a sixth-place finish at the TCU Invitational with a time of 3:58.29 in the 1,500 meters…Finished fifth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:57.39 at the TCU Invitational…Placed fifth in the 2,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 6:14.92 at the Roadrunner Invitational…Also finished second at the Baylor Invitational with a time of 6:28.72 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase…Earned spot on Academic All-Big 12 First Team…Named to spring Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in two meets during sophomore season…Finished 28th at the Ken Garland Invitational with a time of 22:34.1 on the four mile course…Also raced at the Aggieland Open and finished 26th on the 5,000m course (16:26.4)…Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team...Named to fall Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2017 Track: Ran the 800 meters and 1,500 meters during the outdoor season, recording a season-best 1:58.45 at the Baylor Invitational…Recorded a fifth place finish at the Roadrunners Invitational with a time of 4:06.87 in the 1,500 meters…Posted two other top 10 finishes in the event...Named to Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll for spring semester.

2016 Cross Country: Raced in three meets...Placed 28th at Ken Garland Invitational with four-mile mark of 21:26.0...Finished 73rd in first Big 12 Championship with 8,000-meter time of 28:33.3...Ran 26:08.4 to be 182nd at five-mile course at Notre Dame Invitational.

High School: Three-year varsity member of cross country team at The Woodlands High School under head coach Juris Green...Won 2015 Texas 6A state team cross country title...Ran for Highlander track and field squad during senior season as team won district and area titles...Compiled personal-bests while in high school of 1:54 (800m), 4:15 (1,600m), 9:11 (3,200m) and 15:22 (5,000m).

Personal: Parents are Joseph and Karen Henderson...Has two brothers, John and Dan, who ran cross country at Vanderbilt...Majoring in computer science.
