2017: Threw in five outdoor meets, reaching a season-high 186-0 (56.69m) at the TCU Invitational to place third…Produced top-10 finishes at the Roadrunners Invitational and Baylor Invitational…Narrowly missed on scoring at Big 12 Outdoor Championship, placing 10th (165-7 [50.46m])…Did not compete in any indoor meets.

2016: Threw javelin in four outdoor meets...Recorded season-best throw of 174-0 [53.03m] to be fourth at Baylor Invitational...Opened season with 10th-place throw at TCU Invitational in 162-2 [49.44m]...Missed out on All-Big 12 honors by one place with throw of 159-7.75 [48.66m] to be ninth at Big 12 Outdoor Championship...Did not compete in any indoor meets...Named to spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School: Played football and competed on track and field squad at Casady High School in Oklahoma City, Okla....Ran 100, 200 and 4x200-meter relay, while also competing in pole vault...Was All-SPC honorable mention in football at corner back spot for head coach Koby Scoville.

Personal: Parents are Bob and Stacey Rawls...Has two siblings, including twin Luke, who also goes to Baylor and Ashlyn, who ran track at Pepperdine...Father threw javelin at Baylor from 1982-86 and held school record...Major is medical humanities.
