2016: Competed in four outdoor meets, but didn't record a clearance at TCU, Baylor and Michael Johnson Invitationals or the Big 12 Championship...Did not compete in any indoor meets...Named to fall and spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll and Baylor Dean's List.

2015: Took part in four outdoor meets...Recorded lone clearance at Baylor Invitational...Placed 10th with vault of 14-7.25 [4.45m]...Competed in one indoor meet at the Texas A&M Team Invitational, but did not record a clearance...Named to fall and spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll and fall Baylor Dean's List.

High School: Was four-year letterwinner for track and cross country teams at Trinity Christian...Won 2013 TAPPS 4A state pole vault title...Finished as runner-up in event at state meet during 2014 campaign...Helped cross country team place fifth at state in senior season for head coach Jay Keith...Owns school's pole vault record at 14-6, while also tallying school records during each of his four years.

Personal: Parents are Paul and Pam Gaschen...Has one younger brother, Christopher...Majoring as university scholar.
