2020 Indoor: Placed 12th in the season opener with a 3,000-meter time of 10:24.84 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational... Ran a season-best time of 10:23.74 to place 12th in the 3,000 meters at the Texas A&M Invitational... Finished eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Texas Tech Invitational & Multis with a time of 10:34.20.

2019 Cross Country: Scoring runner for the Bears in the first three races... Placed 19th at the Bear Twilight Invitational with a personal-best 4K time of 14:29.1... Took 21st at the Texas A&M Invitational with a 5K time of 19:28.2... Finished 86th at the Chile Pepper Festival with a personal-best 5K time of 18:13.5... Placed 65th at the Big 12 Championship with a 6K time of 23:07.4.
 
2019 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, placing 11th with a personal-best time of 37:30.04... Clocked a personal-best time of 17:59.30 in the 5,000 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational, good for a fourth-place finish.

2019 Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 10:12.76 in the 3,000 meters to finish fifth at the Tyson Invitational.

2018 Cross Country: Competed in five races... Scoring runner for the Bears at the Big 12 Championship, recording a career-best 6K time of 22:46.1 to place 69th... Finished 84th at the NCAA South Central Regional Championship, running a 6K time of 22:57.5... Opened the season with a 36th-place finish at the Bear Twilight Invitational, registering a 4K time of 15:20.3... Placed 10th at the Gerald Richey UTA Invitational wth a 5K time of 19:46.2... Scored for Baylor at the Arturo Barrios Invitational, running a 6K time of 23:26.4 to finish 135th. 

2018 Track: During the indoor season, competed in the 3,000 meters at one meet…Finished 15^th at the Texas A&M Quadrangular in the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:34.54…During the outdoor season, competed in the 5,000 meters at one event…Recorded a ninth-place finish at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 19:29.39 in the 5,000 meters…Named to the spring Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Baylor Dean’s List.

2017 Cross Country: Participated in three meets…Posted best finish at the Ken Garland Invitational with 17th place (20:10.8) on the 5,000m course…Competed at the Joe Piane Invitational, finishing 151st with a time of 19:21.1 (5,000m)…Ended season at the Big 12 Championship, running 23:10.7 for 82nd place on the 6,000m course...Earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team honors...Named to fall Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll and Baylor Dean's List.

2017 Track: Ran in three meets during the outdoor season…Placed eighth in the 3,000 meters at the Baylor Invitational, running 10:44.44…Also had top 20 finishes at the TCU Invitational and Michael Johnson Invitational…Earned spot on Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team with a perfect 4.0 GPA…Also named to Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Baylor Dean’s List for the spring.

2016 Cross Country: Raced in four meets with a pair of scoring performances...Was BU's third-finisher at Ken Garland Invitational with season-best 5K time of 19:52.0 to be 28th...Placed 25th at Aggieland Open to be the Lady Bears' second runner to finish in 20:13.40...Opened season with 32nd-place showing at Bear Twilight Invitational...Was 115th at Texas A&M Invitational in 6,000-meter time of 24:27.0.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at Scottsdale Prep for head coach Bob Shisler...Produced four state event titles in career, including three in senior campaign winning 1,600 and 3,200-meter races and tallying relay gold in 4x800-meter race at state level...Helped team to state titles in cross country (2015) and in track (2014, '15 & '16)...Was named All-America and first-team All-State in final country season..Set personal bests of 2:28 (800m), 5:24 (1,600m), 11:28 (3,200m) and 19:19 (5K)...National Merit Finalist.

Personal: Parents are Matt and Janna Everroad...Has two brothers, Charlie and Jack...Major is biology/pre-med.
