2017 Cross Country: Earned first career Big 12 Runner of the Week honors after leading the Bears as the first scoring runner at the Aggieland Open, finishing ninth overall with a time of 19:38.3 on the 5K course…Competed in four total meets, including a 21st place finish at the Ken Garland Invitational in 20:32.6…Opened season with 48th-place showing at the Bear Twilight Invitational with a time of 15:27.0…Ended season at the Big 12 Championship, finishing 79th with a time of 23:05.7 on the 6,000m course…Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2017 Track: Competed in three meets during the outdoor season…Ran 1,500 meters at Michael Johnson Invitational, finishing with a time of 5:15.28…Posted top 20 finish at the Baylor Invitational, running 3,000 meters in 11:12.15…Named to spring Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2016 Track: Raced in one outdoor meet...Finished 17th at Baylor Invitational with time of 11:41.24 in 3,000 meters...Did not compete in any indoor meets...Named to spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll and Baylor Dean's List.

2015 Cross Country: Raced in four meets with two scoring performances...Had season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:53.9 to be 265th at Chile Pepper Festival...Was 45th at Ken Garland Invitational in 5,000-meter time of 20:35.4.

High School: Four-year member of Alliance Academy International cross country team in Quito, Ecuador...Earned varsity letter in 2011, her freshman season.

Personal: Born in Quito, Ecuador... Daughter of Len and Beth Kinzel...Has one sister, Jenny...Majoring in health science studies.
