2019 Outdoor: Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Baylor Invitational with a time of 10:58.27... Clocked a personal-best 1,500-meter time of 4:58.12 to finish sixth at the Baylor Invitational... Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at "The Reveille" meet, running a time of 18:46.78... Recorded a personal-best time of 18:30.23 in the 5,000 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational to take sixth place.

2019 Indoor: Ran a 3,000-meter time of 10:34.26 at the Ted Nelson Invitational, finishing in eighth place... Took 14th in the 3,000 meters at the Texas Tech Classic, running a time of 10:50.25... Recorded a personal-best time of 10:27.85 in the 3,000 meters at the Tyson Invitational, finishing in seventh place.
