2019 Outdoor: Won the 1,500 meters at the Baylor Invitational with a personal-best time of 4:31.37... Ran her first 5,000-meter race at the Stanford Invitational, placing 19th in a time of 16:38.50... Finished fourth in the 1,500 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 4:35.10.

2019 Indoor: All-Big 12 in the mile after running a time of 5:10.85 at the conference championships... Ran 4:58.41 in the prelims... Made her collegiate debut at the Texas Tech Classic, placing third in the mile (5:02.80) and helping the distance medley relay team take third (12:07.11)... Recorded a personal-best time in the mile at the Iowa State Classic (4:50.48) to finish 15th.

2018 Cross Country: Did not compete in any meets.

High School: Lettered in cross country and track at Holland Christian High School... 10-time state champion (1 cross country, 2 indoor track, 7 outdoor track)... Two-time All-American in track... Member of the team runner-up at track & field state championship... Multiple-time regional and conference champion... Recipient of OK Conference Athlete Award and Scholar-Athlete Award... Honor Student... Academic All-State all four years.

Personal: Parents are Greg and Sheryl Windemuller... Has three siblings: Ross, Tara, and Efeson... Planning to major in Kinesiology.
