• 2025 Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team (TF/XC)



2025 Outdoor: Competed in four meets, with podium finishes in the 1,500 meters at Clyde Hart Classic (7th) and Michael Johnson Invitational (8th), as well as a season-best sixth-place finish in the 5,000m at the LSU Battle on the Bayou with a time of 14:49.49. 
 
2025 Indoor: Showing his versatility, ran in the 800, 1,000, 3,000 and Distance Medley Relay in his first collegiate indoor season. . . . Finished sixth in the mile at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in Manhattan, Kan., in 4:16.41. . . . Ran opening 1,200m leg on DMR that placed 11th at the Big 12 Championships. 

2024 Cross Country: Finished as Baylor's No. 1 or 2 runner in four of five meets in the fall. . . . Ran season-best 8K time of 24:27.1 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational. . . . Capped his first cross season by placing 88th overall and first among BU runners with a 10K time of 32:08.8. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Guided his team to 2022 and 2023 UIL 6A District Champions ... Ran a PR time of 15:38.17 in the 2023 UIL 2A-6A Region 2 Championship in the 5k to finish in 4th place … Won gold in the three mile run at the 2023 Midway Hewitt Kiwanis Invitational with a time of 15:12.30 … Clocked a PR mark in the 3200 meter run of 9:50.56 to finish in 2nd at the 2023 Twilight Two Mile … Ran a 4:26.13 one mile during the 2024 Indoor Carl Lewis Invitational … Won 11 gold medals his senior outdoor season competing in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m events.
