2022 Outdoor: Big 12 Champion in 4x400 relay... All-Big 12 in the 400-meter hurdles... NCAA nationals qualifier in the 4x400 relay... Had a stint leading the nation in the 400 hurdles, recording a 49.10-second race at the Michael Johnson Invitational in Waco... Opened the season in the 4x100m relay, finishing in the bronze position at both the 44 Farms Invitational and Michael Johnson Invite... Ran a 22-second personal best 200m race at the LSU Invitational in 20.84 seconds to finish in 22nd place... 

2022 Indoor: All-Big 12 in the DMR... Placed 13th in the 600 yards at the Big 12 Championships with a personal-best time of 1:10.79... Champion of the 200 meters at the Larry Wieczorek Invitation in Iowa City, running a time of 21.86 seconds. Participated in the 4x400 before the postseason, putting up a best time of 3:06.09.

2021 Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay... Placed seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 52.98... Helped 4x100-meter relay team take fourth at Big 12s with a time of 40.13... Placed seventh at the LSU Alumni Gold with a season-best time of 51.02.

2021 Indoor: Runner-up in the 600 yards at the season-opening Texas Tech Corky Classic, clocking a time of 1:12.94... Placed fourth in the 300 yards at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 34.08... Recorded a career-best time of 1:12.14 in the 600 yards at the Texas Tech Invitational to finish fourth.

2020 Indoor: Opened the season with two victories at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in Iowa... Ran a career-best time of 21.83 to win the 200 meters at Iowa... Ran on 4x400-meter relay team that took first at Iowa with a time of 3:09.89... Placed 10th at the Aggie Invitational with a 200-meter time of 22.18... Took 10th at the Texas Tech Invitational & Multis with a time of 47.53 in the 400 meters... Helped 4x400-meter relay team finish third at Texas Tech with a time of 3:07.98... Part of 4x400-meter relay that placed fourth at the Tyson Invitational in a time of 3:07.72... Finished 19th at Tyson in the 400 meters with a time of 48.48... Clocked 51.82 in the prelims of the 400 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championships to finish 21st.   

2019 Outdoor: All-Big 12 in the 400-meter hurdles with a runner-up finish at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, clocking in with a season-best time of 50.46... Debuted with a 400-meter hurdles time of 52.14 to take third at the USC Trojan Invitational... Part of winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Baylor Invitational (3:08.00)... Took third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a time of 50.64... Member of 4x400-meter relay team at Texas Relays that finished fourth (3:05.83)... He and the Bears placed second in the 4x400-meter relay at The Reveille Meet with a time of 3:04.86... Helped Baylor 4x400-meter relay team run its season-best time at the Michael Johnson Invitational, winning the race with a time of 3:03.17... Ran a season-best time in the 400-meter hurdles at the National Relay Championships, winning in 50.48.

2018 Indoor: All-American in the 4x400-meter relay after the Bears placed eighth with a time of 3:08.63 at the NCAA Indoor Championships... Part of Big 12 Champion 4x400-meter relay team that clocked 3:05.58 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships... Member of 4x400-meter relay that took second at the Ted Nelson Invitational with a time of 3:08.12... Ran a career-best time of 1:21.90 in the 600 meters at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational... Part of 4x400-meter relay team that took the title at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational with a time of 3:07.60... Member of 4x400-meter relay teams that took second at both the Texas Tech Classic (3:04.76) and Tyson Invitational (3:04.49).

2018 Outdoor: Competed at eight meets in the 400-meter hurdles... Won his debut with a time of 52.35 at the TCU Invitational... Finished in first place at the Texas Invitational with a time of 51.57... Ran a personal-best time of 50.29 to place third at the National Relays Championships... Placed third at the Michael Johnson Invitational, clocking a time of 50.60... Finished sixth at the Roadrunner Invitational with a time of 52.39... Had the seventh-best prelims time at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships (50.60), but finished with a DQ in the finals... Placed 56th at the Texas Relays after a time of 54.25 in the prelims... DNF at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships. 

2018 Indoor: Ran the 400 meters at five meets... Posted a personal-best time of 47.23 to place third in the college division at the Tyson Invitational... Competed at his first Big 12 Championship and finished ninth with a time of 47.45 in the prelims... Placed fourth in his debut at the Texas Tech Corky Classic with a time of 48.09... Finished eighth at the Texas A&M Quadrangular, posting a time of 48.31... Clocked in at 48.00 at the Power Five Invitational, good for a sixth-place finish.

High School: Graduate of George Ranch High School in Richmond, Texas…Involved in both track and field and football…Was a two-time UIL state champion his junior and senior years in 5A and 6A divisions… During his junior year, ran the fastest 300-hurdles time in the nation (36.32) and won the 400m hurdles and 4x400 relay at the NSAF Caribbean Scholastic Invitational in Cuba…In his senior year, ran his personal best and the third fastest 300-hurdles time in the nation (36.08)…His 4x400 relay time stands at 3:11:98, winning the 6A title…Also started at safety for Longhorns’ 5A state championship team in 2016.

Personal: Son of Daniel Foster and Shari Baldridge-Foster…Has one older sister, Jaylin…Majoring in biology and on the pre-med track.
