Won the event title at the Baylor Invitational with a throw of 158-1 (48.19m)... Placed seventh at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a throw of 160-9 (49.00m)... Runner-up at The Reveille after recording a mark of 158-4 (48.26m).
2018: Set the school record in the javelin (166-4, 50.71m) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, placing third to earn All-Big 12 honors for the second consecutive season... Competed at the NCAA West Preliminaries, finishing 14th in the prelims... Placed second at the TCU Invitational to open the season, recording a mark of 158-7 (48.33m)... Finished fourth at both the Michael Johnson Invitational and National Relay Championships with throws of 154-9 (47.18m) and 154-10 (47.20m), respectively.
2017: Earned first career All-Big 12 honor after placing seventh in javelin at the Big 12 Outdoor Championship with a throw of 147-0 (44.82m)…Holds second-best javelin throw in program history at 152-3 (46.40m) after finishing second at the Michael Johnson Invitational…Competed in six other meets during outdoor season…Had four top-five finishes in javelin, taking runner-up at the TCU Invitational and third at the Roadrunner Invitational and Baylor Invitational with throws of 149-1 (45.44m) and 146-11 (44.78m), respectively…Finished 20th at the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds with a throw of 150-10 (45.99m)…Earned spot on Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Baylor Dean’s List during fall and spring semesters.
