2025-26 (Sophomore): Started a team-high 14 tournaments, leading the Bears with 40 rounds played … Paced the Bears with a team-best 72.08 stroke average, which ranked among the top-10 single-seasons in BU history … Led the team in rounds at par-or-better (19), top-five finishes (three), top-10 finishes (seven) and top-25 finishes (12) … Posted three runner-up-or-better finishes, including a tie for second at the Chevron Collegiate … Carded a season-low 66 in the second round of the UCF Challenge en route to a tie for fourth … Finished tied for sixth at the Mason Rudolph Championship (9/21/25) and Rainbow Wahine Invitational (10/22/25), tied for fourth at the UCF Challenge (1/27/26), tied for second at the Chevron Collegiate (2/24/26) and tied for eighth at the PING ASU Invitational (3/25/26) and The "Mo" Morial (4/8/26) … Helped Baylor qualify for the NCAA Championship with a tie for 24th at both the Big 12 Championship and NCAA Waco Regional.
2024-25 (Freshman): Made six starts, highlighted by a tie for 30th in her first 54-hole event at the PDI Intercollegiate in early February (2/4) ... Finished tied for 36th, contributing a counting score in all three rounds of the Norman regional after being thrust into the lineup after former All-American Sera Hasegawa was forced to miss the regional with a back injury ... Her opening-round 72 in Norman, becoming the first BU freshman to shoot par or better in the opening round of their NCAA regional debut since Gurleen Kaur in 2018 (5/7) ... Finished tied for 91st in debut at the NCAA Championship (5/18).
Prior to Baylor: Notched seven top-5 finishes in 2024, highlighted by a pair of second-place finishes on the Argentina Golf Association circuit ... This past November, Castro finished tied for 21st at the Women’s Amateur Latin America ... Finished the summer ranked 474th in the Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking ...
