Elijah Van Dyke joined Baylor Athletics in July 2025 as an Assistant Character Formation Coordinator, focusing on career and leadership development for student-athletes.
Van Dyke joins the Baylor Character Formation staff after serving with the Arizona Coyotes, Philadelphia Eagles and Temple University. His background includes work in fan services, marketing, community engagement and student-athlete development.
Van Dyke earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in sports business from Arizona State University in 2023. He also minored in special events management and earned a certificate in small business and entrepreneurship.
He is originally from Wheaton, Illinois.
