OXFORD, Miss. - The 17th-ranked Baylor women's golf team prepares for its second-to-last spring event April 6-8 with the BancorpSouth Rebel Intercollegiate at the Ole Miss Golf Course.
The 54-hole tournament, hosted by Ole Miss, will consist of 18 holes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the par-72, 6,313-yard course at the Ole Miss Golf Course. Friday and Saturday rounds will begin with 8 a.m. CDT tee times, while Sunday's final round will begin with an 8 a.m. CDT shotgun start. Baylor is the highest rated team in the 15-team field. For the sixth time in eight tournaments, Baylor's lineup will feature seniors Chelsey Cothran, Jaclyn Jansen and Valerie Sternebeck, along with freshmen Hayley Davis and Stani Schiavone. Sophomore Kaylin Terry would compete individually for the third time this season.
Baylor has had at least one top-10 finisher in all eight tournaments. Davis (six) and Cothran (five) have combined for 11 of Baylor's 13 top-10 individual finishes. Davis leads the Lady Bears with a 72.14 scoring average and 12 rounds of par or better. Cothran is second to Davis in both categories with a 72.67 scoring average and 11 rounds of par or better.

Davis tied for ninth, while Jansen and Cothran tied for 15th and 20th, respectively.
Following the Rebel Intercollegiate, Baylor will travel to Columbus, Ohio, for its final spring tune-up before the Big 12 Championship later this month. The Lady Buckeye Spring Invitational will be held April 21-22.
