WACO, Texas - Baylor women's golf has signed top-15 national recruit Dylan Kim to a Financial Aid Contract, and she is expected to enroll in January as an early high school graduate, head coach Jay Goble announced Thursday.

A Winter Garden, Fla., native, Kim is ranked No. 15 nationally in the 2015 recruiting class by Golfweek. She's currently the highest-ranked recruit among 2015 student-athletes who have signed with Big 12 Conference programs.

"Dylan is a really good get for our program," Goble said. "She made it to match play at the 2014 U.S. Women's Amateur by finishing fourth in stroke play, and then she won her first two matches to advance to the round of 16, where she lost to WAGR's No. 1-ranked player. We're really excited to get her on campus, because she's going to be a big part of our team for a long time to come."

Kim claimed five tournament titles in 2013, including the FCWT at Reunion, FCWT at Orange County National, FCWT Tour Championship, AJGA Under Armour/Steve Marino and AJGA E-Z-GO Vaughn Taylor. She finished among the top five in six additional tournaments, giving her 11 top-five finishes in 16 events played.

She was named Golfweek Player of the Week on Dec. 3, 2012, one day after winning an FCWT event at the University of Florida's Mark Bostick Golf Course, where she shot 65-72 to claim the title by 12 strokes.

Kim will be the second in her family to attend Baylor, as her older brother Adam enrolled at Baylor in August 2014. She's expected to join the program in January after graduating high school a semester early.
