Bendeck and Lah Withdraw From ITA Regional Semifinals

Bears duo retire prior to Monday’s match due to injury

THE RUNDOWN
WACO, Texas – Baylor men's tennis doubles duo Jimmy Bendeck and Sven Lah closed out the Bears' run at the ITA Texas Regional Championships after they withdrew prior to their semifinal match Monday morning at the Hurd Tennis Center.

Due to injury, the pairing had to withdraw from the doubles draw. Bendeck and Lah finish the tournament at 3-0 and bring their fall record to 11-0.

Despite ending their run in the regional semifinals, Bendeck and Lah have already booked a spot at the ITA Fall National Championships in Surprise, Ariz., after their championship win at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa.
