Men’s Tennis Goes 3-0 in Main Draw Action

Bears win all matches in straight sets Thursday
TULSA, Okla. – Baylor men's tennis advanced all three entries in the main draw on day five of the Saint Francis Health System ITA Men's All-American Championship Thursday at the Case Tennis Center.
The Bears started the day by going 2-0 in singles action after a weather delay. 85th-ranked Sven Lah defeated No. 52 Filip Kraljevic of Ole Miss, 6-3, 7-5, for his first ranked win of the fall season.
No. 115 Will Little wrapped up his match with a 6-4, 7-5 victory over North Carolina's Brian Cernoch.
In doubles, Lah and senior Jimmy Bendeck knocked out 13th-ranked Aleksandre Bakshi and Jake Van Emburgh (Oklahoma) in straight sets, 7-6(1), 6-2.
The Bears begin their next rounds tomorrow morning.
