Men’s Tennis Places Five in ITA Fall Rankings

Bears have three singles players, one doubles duo in final rankings of 2018
TEMPE, Ariz. – The Baylor men's tennis team placed five players in the final Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings of the fall season, which were released Wednesday.
Three Bears were named in the singles rankings, led by redshirt senior Will Little at a career-best No. 17, senior Johannes Schretter at No. 33 and junior Constantin Frantzen at a career-high No. 105.
Little went a team-best 8-3 in fall action and captured three wins over ranked opponents. Schretter went 5-3 and won two straight ranked matchups at the Oracle/ITA Fall National Championships.
Frantzen went 3-5 while winning three of his first matches at the ITA All-American Championships.
Senior Jimmy Bendeck and sophomore Sven Lah were also ranked No. 3 in the doubles rankings with an impressive 11-1 fall record, capturing the ITA All-American doubles championship after winning eight straight matches in Tulsa.
