The Baylor Athletics Fan Engagement staff is responsible for the marketing and promotions of all 19 varsity sports. We are committed to, in conjunction with the mission of Baylor Athletics, creating a positive environment that will result in home field advantage for all of our athletic competitions. We strive to "Make a Difference" by increasing awareness of Baylor Athletics, attendance and the entertainment value of each event to our fans.

Baylor Athletics Fan Engagement responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Advertising-Television, radio, print, outdoor and internet
• Design and distribution of schedules cards, posters and flyers
• Directing all in-game entertainment and promotions
• Expedite charitable donation and appearance requests
• Management of the Baylor Cub Club
• Operation of Touchdown Alley
• Oversight of Baylor Bold Rewards
