
Track & Field Heads to A&M for Final Big 12 Tune-Up

College Station is also the site of the NCAA West Preliminary Championships.
WACO, Texas – Baylor track & field travels to the Texas A&M Alumni Muster Saturday (May 1) in College Station, Texas, for the Bears' final tune-up before the Big 12 Conference meet.
"It will be great to compete at A&M's facility," head coach Todd Harbour said. "It's the site of NCAA first round, so it will be good to get familiar with everything leading up and hopefully post some good marks."
Through six outdoor events, Baylor has 12 individual marks within the NCAA top 25.
Top-25 ranked athletes on the women's team include Aaliyah Miller (No. 3 – 800m), Tuesdi Tidwell (No. 4 – pole vault), Ackera Nugent (No. 8 – 100m hurdles), Kavia Francis (No. 23 – 200m), the 4x400m relay (No. 19) and the 4x100m relay (No. 21).
On the men's side, the 4x400m relay (No. 6), the 4x100m relay (No. 9), Howard Fields III (No. 10 – 400m), Kamden Jackson (No. 21 – 100m/No. 23 – 200m) and Jayson Baldridge (No. 25 – 400m hurdles) are all ranked in the top 25.
