AMES, Iowa – Baylor men's basketball (13-9, 3-7) heads to Hilton Coliseum to face off against 7/7 Iowa State (20-2, 7-2) on Saturday at 1 p.m. CT on ESPN.

GAME NOTES
• Saturday will mark the 52nd meetup between the two teams, having met in January this seaosn in Waco.
• No. 3 ISU took the win 70-60 against BU in Baylor's second conference game of the season.
• Baylor is 7-15 in Ames, its last win at Hilton Coliseum coming on Jan. 1, 2022 where 1/1 Baylor took down 8/8 Iowa State, 77-72.
• The 2022 win was the last time BU won against a top-10 road Big 12 opponent.
• BU was won two of its last three games, with back-to-back wins at WVU and vs. Colorado.
• Baylor is shooting 46.2-percent from the field and averaging 73.8 points in its last five games versus 40.1-percent field goals and an average of 66.8 points in its first five games of the conference season.
• In its win versus Colorado, BU went up by 24 points at the half, the biggest halftime margin in a Big 12 game since 1/27/21 vs. Kansas State (54-26).
• Undefeated with halftime leads, Baylor has won 90-percent of its games (279-37) when leading at the half in the last 14 seasons and is 13-0 this season when taking the halftime advantage.
• Earning the win in Colorado, BU is 1-0 in the month of February and 91-82 in Scott Drew era.
• The trio of Obi Agbim, Cameron Carr and Tounde Yessoufou combined for 65 points and a 55-percent clip from the field against Colorado as well as 12 of BU's 17 assists and 16 of 32 total rebounds.
• BU is 35-24 in Big 12 Road games since 2019-20, the best mark in the league in that span.
• Cameron Carr and Tounde Yessoufou were named on Naismith Midseason Watch Lists, with Carr being recognized on the Jerry West Award and Yessoufou on the Julius Erving Award top-10.
• After a slow start in conference play, Obi Agbim has strung together four-consecutive double-digit scoring games, combining for 64 points and hitting 14-of-37 (37.8%) from 3-point range. Against the Buffaloes, Agbim scored a season-high 19 points, added six assists and had his third block of the season.
• Agbim ranks second in the Big 12 and 15th in the NCAA in assist/turnover ratio (3.43).
• In Big 12 play, BU has outrebounded its opponent in eight out of 10 conference games this season, averaging 35.9 rebounds per game and 11.4 offensive rebounds per game in the conference season.
• For the season, the Bears rank third in the Big 12 in offensive RPG (12.9) and fourth in the Big 12 in total rebounds per game (38.95).
• Kenpom has the Bears holding the No. 3 toughest opponent defensive strength of schedule in the country.
• Additionally, BU's strength of schedule ranks as 16th in the nation and 4th in the Big 12.
• Cameron Carr has reached double-figures in the first half in 17 of 22 games this season.
