Half of the 16 teams entered in the tournament are ranked in the top 50, led by No. 2 USC, 14th-ranked UCLA and No. 19 Northwestern. The Bears are also joined by fellow Big 12 schools Arizona State and Kansas, which are ranked 23rd and 36th, respectively.

Baylor is coming off a 10th-place finish at the Lady Luck Invitational in Las Vegas, where senior Silje Ohma recorded her third-consecutive top-15 finish. She tied for 13th in the 76-player field, shooting 5-over 221 for the 54-hole tournament.
Ohma, one of three Bears ranked among the top 100 nationally by Scoreboard at No. 89, heads the lineup this week in the No. 1 spot. Back in the lineup after missing the Las Vegas trip, senior Bridget Boczar is followed by sophomore Malena Castro (ranked 62nd), Illinois transfer Yurang Li (72nd) and freshman Amelia Wan.
Junior transfer Charlotte Brook, who has a 73.3-stroke average, will play as an individual after missing the last three tournaments.
