Â
The 15-team tournament includes four top-50 teams, with the Bears and third-ranked Texas A&M host team joined by No. 34 Kansas and 35th-ranked Missouri in a reunion of the former Big 12 rivals. The Bears beat a pair of top-20 teams in 14th-ranked UCLA and No. 19 Northwestern in the 16-team field.

After playing as an individual in the ASU Invitational, Charlotte Brook is back in the lineup at the No. 5 position behind Ohma, Bridget Boczar, Li and Castro. Senior Mallory Matthews, playing as an individual, will compete in her career-high fourth tournament of the season and 11th in her career.Â
Â
This is the Bears' final tune-up for the Big 12 Championships that will be held April 23-25 at the Dallas Athletic Club, and Waco is the host site for an NCAA Regional scheduled for May 11-13 at Ridgewood Country Club.
